Not really sure if this is important for RHEL6 virt-manager at all, and sounds a ways out anyway which makes it less likely UI patches will ever be backported. Moving to upstream tracker

Now that libvirt has support for port hotplug, virt-manager just gets it for free via addhardware->channel, so this upstream now
