Description of problem:

Chapter 21.7 contains:

-initrd "<file1> arg=<foo>,<file2> 

This line has to be removed as we do not support multiboot. 

Name of the chapter has to be changed too - Use "Linux boot" instead of "Linux/multiboot boot".
