Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to webadmin
2. Logout from webadmin
3. Login to webadmin
4. Go to the Virtual Machines tab
5. Select any virtual machine (running or not)
  
Actual results:
The console action button misses

Additional info:

The problem is in AbstractActionPanel which in addActionButton method registers a selection change listener on the model and fires update on the buttons after catching such an event. However, after logout and login the model changes, so this listener will never again catch an event so the action buttons will not be updated.
