Description of problem:
As a system administrator I will configure katello / headpin with a first / default organization; however, there may come a time when I need to alter this organizations name or delete it.  I as a sys admin should be able to delete this "first" org _if_ there are no dependencies on it (i.e. systems registered, users defaulting to it, etc...).

Closing this out, does not appear to be a bug - the org can be deleted _if_ you are not currently in that org.
