Description of problem:
Net install is broken right now

How reproducible:
Easy

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try and do a net install
  
Actual results:
"Unable to read package metadata..." Looks like the repo is screwed up? It's been messed up for two days now.

Expected results:
The install completes correctly.

It's worth noting this exact config worked two days ago.

It appears the /development/16/ directory is missing from the three mirrors I checked. This looks like a mirror infrastructure thing.

Disregard, my kickstart file was pointing at the wrong url.
