Description of problem:

Some assemblies will not be launched:

testInstanceBackEnd: There are no provider accounts associated with pool family of selected pool.
testInstanceFrontEnd: There are no provider accounts associated with pool family of selected pool.

recreate
1. create a normal setup using the default pool
2. create a catalog entry called ce01 deployable named deploy01 and deploy it .. works fine..
3. create a new pool family, name=custom
4. create a new pool, name = custom-pool
5. create a catalog mapped to custom-pool
6. create a catalog entry using the same content in ce01, and name it custom-pool-ce01
7. try to deploy
