Description of problem:
When I select 'sb16' as soundcard in the machine settings and start the machine, the following message appears:

You can fix the existing device by changing the device model to something else, like es1370, clicking apply, changing back to sb16, clicking apply again.

* was pushed to the Fedora 15 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:

as soon as you are able to.
