Description of problem:

aeolus-cli was renamed from aeolus-image.. 

aeolus-cli is currently focused on just image work.. but we have found the want/need to perform other commands.. suggesting we do something like..

aeolus-cli list --images

to something like... 
aeolus-cli image list --images

That would allow for something like:
aeolus-cli provider test --name ec2


the nuts and bolts of the request is just a simple rename to allow for more flexibility.

aeolus-cli is renamed to aeolus-image and it always requires a command now.

Usage: aeolus-image [list|build|push|import|delete|status] [general options] [command options]
