Thanks for submitting this crash report. What did you do when the plugin crashed? Are you able to reproduce the crash reliably? 100% reproducer (10 out of 10 times, on a clean system after reboot) is to open a terminal and type `setxkbmap cz_qwerty'. Generally, all it takes is to select a keyboard which is not configured in the applet. The applet crashes and autoreloads. Running the same command crashes it again. I tried it as a workaround for bug 757231 / bug 725083. I'm getting a bit desperate looking for a working solution :( Let me know if you need more info.
