Attachment of Storage Domain to Data Center yields the "USER_IS_NOT_LOGGED_IN" since the session id is not passed as parameter while working with GWT client (webadmin).

I reproduced it both manually via the webadmin and using the ovirt-engine-sdk.
I've tried to perform another operations with that logged in user and they worked well, I even tried to log out and login again - same results.

Scenario:
Attach storage domain to data center, it happens with storage domain that was created, then attached in different action and not automatically attached during creation.

From engine.log:
14:10:36,794 WARN [org.ovirt.engine.core.bll.storage.AddStoragePoolWithStoragesCommand] (http--0.0.0.0-8080-9) CanDoAction of action AddStoragePoolWithStorages failed. Reasons:USER_IS_NOT_LOGGED_IN
