Description of problem:
Chapter 9.1, page 26:
Format of names of Windows packages "qpid-cpp-<architecture>-<version>.zip" is not current for new version of the packages "qpid-cpp-x*-VS*-2.2.0.1".
The current pattern should be "qpid-cpp-<architecture>-VS<VisualStudioVersion>-<version>.zip".

The package names have been updated in the format of qpid-cpp-<architecture>-vs<VisualStudioVersion>-<version>.zip. 

These sections have been rewritten according to bug 731537, work can be tracked there.
