The real problem here is that we don't translate (set "anaconda" domain for) network device configuration dialog at all in anaconda. Sending patch to anaconda-devel-list for review. 

As for the Package Selection, can you be more specific? I found only "X of Y optional packages selected" string untranslated (again, for all langs). If this is the only issue there, I'd strongly prefer to handle it in separate bug.

In 5.8 snap #1 I see "X of Y optional packages selected" in the package details screen when running in Hindi language.
