bug cloned - vdsm-bootstrap doesn't work on fedora as well.

unfortunatly, since ovirt-engine and vdsm are not in sync about the bridge name, the bootstrap doesn't work yet

We've settled on ovirtmgmt for management bridge name. Vdsm side of code is in.
