Description of problem:

qpid-jca-0.14-1.el5 cannot be installed due to qpid-jca-xarecovery-0.14-1 strict dependency on qpid-jca-0.14. Package qpid-jca-0.14-1 shall be requested instead.

This issue has been fixed

Verified on rhel5 and rhel6, i386/x86_64.
