Update to 4.1.4

Eclipse Juno needs that:

eclipse.buildScript] Bundle org.eclipse.mylyn.commons.repositories.http.core:
[eclipse.buildScript] Unsatisfied import package org.apache.http_4.1.4.
[...]
[eclipse.buildScript] Unsatisfied import package org.apache.http.auth_4.1.2.
[...]
[eclipse.buildScript] Unsatisfied import package org.apache.http.impl.client_4.1.2.

I am attaching a patch that updates the package to appropriate version.
Here is the link to the build. Could you check if I have not missed anything?
Are there any dependent libraries I should update, too?
