Resolution

RHEV 3.0 GA at State Street.  Windows 7 Virtual Machines.  Clients are Windows 7 32 bit, 64 bit and Windows XP 32 bit.

Symptoms:

After a sysprep process of Windows 7, the user connects to the portal and the default resolution of 800 X 600 is presented.  SPICE screen resolution is not automatically resized.

Please include versions of components installed.

Is the rhev/spice agent installed and running in the vm?

As Marian asked, please attach the logs. Is it reproduced after vm restart or reconnect from UP?

Closed.  Customer was opening console from Admin Portal.
