Please add the package fabric [1] to EPEL.  Per the FAQ, the package already exists in Fedora and should only be a matter of building it for EPEL.  I can successfully build fabric-1.2.0-1 for epel-6.

There is no package to review here, so I'm closing this out.  If you want the maintainers of the fabric package to actually see your request, file a ticket against fabric.
