Description Christopher Tubbs 2011-12-26 21:34:08 UTC
Description of problem:
The current version of murmur on F16 needs a systemd service script to replace the SYSV script.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
murmur-1.2.3-5.fc16

Additional info:
Just a quick reminder, the murmur.service should have a After=mysqld.service, so that it starts up after mysqld if it exists. It does not have a dependency (Wants) on mysqld, however, because by default it uses sqlite. If one did change it to use mysql, though, one would want it to start after mysqld was ready.

The systemd integration should be complete now in RAWHIDE.

Since the guidelines only allow the migration between SysV initscripts to systemd between Fedora releases, murmur's migration to systemd will happen during the Fedora upgrade from F17 to F18.
