How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Monitor->filter view->pools
2.Try filtering for "failed instances"

see attached screenshot.failed instances count is 2, but it still displays 6



Expected results:
correct count should be reflected.

removing verified on-qa from tracker
