Hedgewars latest release is 0.9.17, while in the repos there's only 0.9.15

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open terminal
2.su
3.yum install hedgewars 

  
Actual results:
Hedgewars 0.9.15 is installed

Expected results:
Hedgewars 0.9.17 must be installed
