Can you upgrade fpc to the latest stable version (2.4.4)?
Also, lazarus should be recompiled against fpc 2.4.4.

This is required to fix problems with executable-stack that is set on binaries compiled with the actual version.

I saw that in rawhide/F17 fpc has been upgraded to 2.6.0, so I close the bug.
