My attempt to contact dignan or jkeating has been unsuccessful. Hi Caghan, sorry for the delay, I'll try to do the build this weekend. Wow, thanks, it's really appreciated! Just a friendly reminder to Patrick to maybe set aside time this weekend..? :) Another reminder to Patrick to maybe work on this this weekend? Thanks! Weekend reminder. :) I am officially applying to co-maintain this package. I am certain I would be able to take good care of this task. Thanks! Attempts to contact the maintainer via E-Mail and IRC failed. Hi Caghan, (In reply to comment #7) > I am officially applying to co-maintain this package. I am certain I would > be able to take good care of this task. Are you sponsored into the packagers group? If not you'll need a sponsor to vouch for you. https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Join_the_package_collection_maintainers (In reply to comment #8) > Attempts to contact the maintainer via E-Mail and IRC failed. Please try emailing fedora-devel as described in #5: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Policy_for_nonresponsive_package_maintainers Hi Ken, OK, I just posted a message to the fedora-devel list. Thanks! nautilus-python-0.7.0-3.el6.1 has been submitted as an update for Fedora EPEL 6. https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/nautilus-python-0.7.0-3.el6.1 0.7.0 on EL-5: checking for NAUTILUS_PYTHON... configure: error: Package requirements (pygtk-2.0 >= 2.8.0 pygobject-2.0 >= 2.16.0 gnome-python-2.0 >= 2.12.0 libnautilus-extension >= 2.22.0) were not met: Requested 'pygobject-2.0 >= 2.16.0' but version of PyGObject is 2.12.1 Want an older version, or leave it alone? Hi Jon, Actually, I don't need the package for EL-5. I just need it for EL-6. So I think you can just leave the old version alone. I tested the package on CentOS 6. Works perfectly! Is it possible for you to push it out to release, so that I can get it via yum? Thanks! That's what's happening in comment 11. It'll go to testing at the next push, and then I can push to stable 14 days later. nautilus-python-0.7.0-3.el6.1 has been pushed to the Fedora EPEL 6 stable repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report. This package is live, and works perfectly! Thanks a lot! Excellent! Very welcome! I've also built thunarx-python which is needed for this. |
