Description of problem:
Bugzilla RPC documentanion link from Bugzilla::Extensions::Releases::WebService does not work.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open https://bugzilla.redhat.com/docs/en/html/api/extensions/Releases/lib/WebService.html
2. Scroll down to the bottom of page to See also section
3. click Bugzilla::RPC
  
Actual results:
404 Not Found

This has been fixed on the development server and can be tested at

https://release2.bugzilla.devel.redhat.com/docs/en/html/api/Bugzilla/WebService.html

This will be part of the Bugzilla 4.2.1-2 release, scheduled for May 31st EDT.
