Description of problem:
Recent Katello UI does not show any progress info while importing the stage manifest for Red Hat provider.

1. login to Katello UI
2. access to Red Hat provider and import any manifest.

Actual results:
No progress but only browser's loading detects that there is process working there.

Expected results:
Some running progress indicator

Upstream Dynflow changes provide this functionality.

Now the spinner is shown while importing/refreshing manifest.
