1.  ./rhq-server-sh start
2.  review links (4) to doc on http://localhost:7080/installer/welcome.jsf

Expected results:  valid URL with resolved arguments

This has been fixed with commit 508b7aedf8f35 to JBossON_2.4.2.GA in JON GIT. 

Leaving in ON_DEV state until next RC is available.
