Description Jakub Libosvar 2012-01-04 15:25:23 UTC
Description of problem:
Please change the name of the file to which agent logs. Also the directory file is within (InstallLogs) is not good.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rhev-guest-tools-iso-3.0-30.noarch

Actual results:
C:\Program Files\Redhat\RHEV\Tools\InstallLogs\Install.rhev-agent-service.log

Expected results:
e.g. C:\Program Files\Redhat\RHEV\Agent\log\rhev-agent.log

Comment 4 Miki Kenneth 2012-02-08 19:15:52 UTC
I would like to see everything under:

C:\Program Files\Redhat\RHEV\Agent\logs\

and install logs and runtime logs as a files.

Comment 6 Benny Levinger 2012-06-20 11:18:14 UTC
There is value to redirect all installation logs to the same folder it makes it easy to find problems and compare with other version when upgrade
All installation logs are now redirected to InstallLogs Folder

Comment 7 Michal Skrivanek 2012-08-10 06:39:32 UTC
talked with Gal, this actually does make sense to make it e.g. as suggested in comment #4. But not critical for 3.1

Comment 11 Michal Skrivanek 2014-04-14 09:59:11 UTC
well, after review not worth the effort
