Description of problem:
The sql/ipplan-mysql.sql file used to create the mysql database schema has TYPE=INNODB throughout, but mysql 5.5.18 in F16 no longer accepts TYPE=, it only accepts ENGINE=.  Suggest you modify sql/ipplan-mysql.sql accordingly.

1. mysql -p /usr/share/doc/ipplan-*/sql/ipplan-mysql.sql
  
Actual results:
ERROR 1064 (42000) at line 2: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'TYPE=INNODB' at line 7

* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
