How to reproduce
-----
1. shutdown due to brownout
2.reboot and fsck for external disks (USB)
3. Two ABRT-reports in quick succession (this beeing the first)

Probably hard to replicate

Fedora 14 is EOL.  If you can recreate with F15 or newer, please open a new bug.
