Description John D. Ramsdell 2012-01-05 14:07:08 UTC
Description of problem:

Under Emacs, if you type c-h i to get into the info system, scroll to the menu items listed under the Kernel title, you cannot follow the links for grup programs. The message you get is "No cross-references in this node". The grub2 info file is installed in /usr/share/info/grub2.info.gz. In info, you can get to the documentation with g followed by (grub2)top.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

1.99

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Emacs
2. Get to info with c-h i
3. Type m grub-mkconfig (I wanted grub2-mkconfig)

Actual results:

Can't link to grub2 info

Expected results:

follow link to grub2 info

This problem was observed on a machine that started with Fedora 16 beta, and was upgraded. On another machine, I just installed Fedora 16, and noticed it does not have the problem.

Ok, assuming it was a bug in the beta phase.
