Description of problem:
/lib/systemd/system/dnsmasq.service is in the distribution, but there's no mention of the procedure for starting it.  Sure, systemctl enable dnsmasq.service is easy enough, but you have to know where to look.

There is enough information about how to use Systemd.

There is also an information about that chkconfig command still works.
