Description of problem:
"Transport endpoint is not connected" is seen when accessing Rockmongo app after move app form one node to another node.

rhc-broker-0.84.28-1.el6_2.noarch


How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Setup a mutli node env
2. Create an app with mongodb and rockmongo embeded.
3. Access rockmongo successfully.
4. Log into libra server, run "rhc-admin-move" command to move this app from
one node to another node.
5. Access rockmongo app.

  
Actual results:
Rockmongo app can not be accessed with the error message - "Transport endpoint is not connected".

Expected results:
Rockmongo app should work fine after move app form one node to another node.

Verified this bug with rhc-broker-0.84.34-1.el6_2.noarch on devenv_209, and
PASSED.

This looks like rel note material. As we're expanding what we put in rel notes to include (important) bug fixes, I'm trying to encourage use of the "requires rel note" flag.

I thinks ops administrator cares more about this bug, because "rhc-admin-move" is run by only ops administrator in express server. This operation is transparent to end user. So I think this bug does not need to be included in rel note.
