Description of problem:

  Please add tags (similar to those we already have for testcases) to test 
  case run instances. 

  Just to be clear:
  [1] is a test run. 
  [2] is a test case (it already can have tag assigned)
  [3] is instance of case [2] in run [1] (I want to be able to assign tag to it.)
