Thanks for a bug report. There was reported a similar crash within bug #757805, whose fix is included in the upcoming 3.2.3, but I think your crash is different. From the place of the code it seems to me that you do not have created any addressbooks yet, neither the system one, On This Computer/Personal. A workaround for this should be to enter the Contacts view and then repeat the import. I moved this upstream as [1]. Please see [1] for any further updates.
