GF_HNDSK_NULL is not suitable for gluster_pmap_actors, instead use
GF_PMAP_NULL. The actual value (0) is not different for these, so there
is no fuctional change.

This can be found in xlators/mgmt/glusterd/src/glusterd-pmap.c.

code cleanup type of bug, no test cases to unit test, other than opening in a editor and verifying the patch got applied :-)
