Description of problem:

i deleted a few vms in ovirt and while the vms were deleted I tried creating a new vm. 
once the vm's were deleted the new vm dialogue disappeared and I was unable to bring it back. 
pressing the new server/new desktop buttons will do nothing (also moving between tabs) and we have to reload the page to be able to create a new vm.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create several vm's 
2. delete the vm's and while they are deleting try to create a new desktop/server
3.
  
Actual results:

the new vm dialogue is still loading until the vm's finish delete and once they do the new vm dialogue will disappear but apparently it will remain open somewhere in the background since we cannot create a new vm until we reload the page 

Expected results:

dialogue should not disappear
