Description of problem:
seeing a couple problems with cpg/cfg, using topic-quorum
branch:

cpg left reason isn't correct when I stop corosync with cfgtool -H

killall -9 corosync: cpg left reason nodedown -- ok
killall -9 dlm_controld: cpg left reason procdown -- ok
corosync-cfgtool -H: cpg left reason procdown -- should be nodedown

Also, I'm not seeing cfg shutdown callbacks when I run corosync-cfgtool -H
