Description of problem:
ETL should report on errors and start\stop to ovirt event log and send a notification by mail.

Steps to Reproduce Example:
1. Verify ETL is started
2. Stop postgreSQL
4. Check log for exception

Actual results:
Cannot determine that ETL had error without looking in the log.

Expected results:
Should send a notification by mail and log in oVirt event log.
