The same issue reproduced on RHEL-6.2 (anaconda-13.21.149-1.el6)

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion
in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release. Product Management has 
requested further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential
inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed 
products. This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update release.

All parameter values printed by linuxrc are single-quoted and single-quoted values can be used in CMS config file during installation.

Tested on RHEL6.3-20120416.0 with anaconda-13.21.167-1.el6.
