Description of problem:
As a Katello user I would like to force importing gpg keys when installing packages and package groups remotely through Pulp REST API [1], something like installerrata has: <boolean> importkeys param

Supported in pulp v2.

The command "pulp-admin rpm consumer package install run" has the following option now:

  --import-keys - import GPG keys as needed
