Description of problem:

Skynet is automatically adding line breaks to XML within topics, causing unexpected spacing between words and commmas/periods and between tagged words and the subsequent words.

The systemitem element has will now be formatted inline. If you come across any more elements that need to be inline (i.e. start and end tags on the same line), add a new bug.

Note, this change won't take effect until we move to the new server. An email about that will be sent out shortly.
