Verify this bug with devenv_217, this bug has been fixed, now we can see seam vedio in China district. Change bug status to verified.

Can you confirm that this is now available in production from a Chinese address, and move it to CLOSED CURRENTRELEASE.  Otherwise, put it in VERIFIED state.  Thanks!

this fix still not be applied to PROD env.
