Description of problem:

Package not yet included in EPEL6

But i'm not sure if Bug:
 731438 - (CVE-2011-2930)
is a blocking issue for this.

It's a duplicate of 668454.  

I'm mostly awaiting a commitment for some co-maintainers around the rails stack, and version to decide upon.
