Description of problem:
There is missing Perl page in Subscription Management section.

How reproducible:
1 of 1 attempts


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to https://FQDN/rhn/channels/software/Entitlements.do
2. Click on links in columns "Regular Consumed" and "Systems Subscribed"
(others columns might be affected as well?)


Actual results:
404 Error - File Not Found
The requested page can not be found.
Please report this error to your local administrator.


Expected results:
Page should work.
