Description of problem:
Probably been a while since this was updated. It doesn't check for elasticsearch, maybe there are other bits that need to be checked too.

1.  curl -k https://admin:admin@localhost/katello/api/ping
2.  view results.

relevance: elasticsearch died on my system. Afterwards, I could not login.  Pinging server showed everything hunky-dory, but in actuality, elasticsearch was down.

Elastic search was actually added as part of:  

284adce1eabd4ce0c5d132e4e1fc34b07c0e3f1d


I'm not sure how easy delayed job would be, as we can't do a simple rest call (since its not a network service).

katello-jobs wasn't too hard to do, just made a system call to 'service katello-jobs status'

Verified that the new checks exist and that failures cause an ensuing failure to bubble up.

getting rid of 6.0.0 version since that doesn't exist
