Description of problem:
i'm using gnome. i open a gnome terminal and then run mc.
the f1 and f10 keys doesn't work: f1 opens help browser, f10 opens the file menu
of gnome terminal. other function keys work.

1. open gnome terminal
2. run mc
3. press f1 or  f10

Edit->Keybindings menu item lets you disable these.

gnome-terminal uses standard keybindings except for truly ubiquitous things such
as Ctrl+C. It isn't worth using nonstandard keybindings purely for mc, most 
people don't use mc.
