When using clean database then the jBPM start will fail as the required tables are not found. This issue is related to JBESB-992
The problem is that global jBPM hibernate config file has property hibernate.hbm2ddl.auto set to create. The war config file has not.

This is out of date and fixed.

Rejected issues should not have a fix version.
