project_key: SOA

Our plan has always been to support the "all" and "production" server configs for ESB deployed to JBossAS - in IR5, we're also including the "default" config (which exists in EAP 4.3).

The problem is that if a user attempts to deploy an ESB archive to the default server, the deployment fails ("Incompletely deployed packages") - see http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/SOA-112#action_12386730
