The record for the "admin" user is commented out in:  jboss-soa-p.4.2.0/server/all/deploy/management/console-mgr.sar/web-console.war/WEB-INF/classes/web-console-users.properties

In the corresponding standalone server file the user is not commented out.

These files are deprecated on the platform by SSO.

The problem is still there in IR7.

No longer a problem - as of IR8 - the files are deprecated by single sign on.
