This is correct behaviour: the contract refers to the WSDL. None of these services have WSDL generated for them.

I spoke with Tom Fennelly, who wrote the app, to get more details and he said "none of them have a pipeline action that "publishes" a contract ala the SOAPProcessor, which publishes a wsdl based contract."
