The EULA in the jboss-as directory should be called JEMS-EULA.txt.  It is *not* the JBossORG-EULA.

This is a bug inherited from EAP, but it is avoidable.

renaming breaks quickstarts

renamed, quickstarts/conf/base.xml in platform branch changed to look for JEMS-EULA.txt
